The Osso Good Company is best described as a team with a mission to get ridiculously good and healthy superfoods to as many people as possible. In just 4 years they have skyrocketed from a small kitchen to multiple facilities with over 40 employees.
This type of explosive growth is truly amazing but, with new growth comes dynamic new challenges. And, of all the new challenges that a growing company faces, possibly the most complex is the management of technology. In a fast paced environment outdated/unmanaged technology can be poisonous to production.
The bottom line is that they were losing time and money because of their outdated printers.
